How can I begin to describe my feelings for this establishment. It's nearly impossible, except to say it is the standard by which all breakfasts in Portland are judged. Sure there's often a long wait on weekends, but that's about the only fault I can find. From the service, to the delicious refills of Illy coffee, to a menu made with locally sourced goods, and omlettes so light they float off of the plate.
The Bijou continues to set the standard by which all others in Portland (and beyond) are measured.
